Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, Braelyn brings a strong work ethic, genuine compassion, and a commitment to helping others to her real estate career in Las Vegas. She graduated from Konawaena High School in 2023 before earning her Associate of Applied Science degree in Real Estate from the College of Southern Nevada in 2025.



As a Las Vegas real estate professional, Braelyn proudly serves clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley. She is passionate about the opportunities real estate provides, not only as a career, but as a way to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She values the opportunity to meet new people, build lasting relationships, and help clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.



Before entering real estate, Braelyn built her professional experience through customer service roles in Las Vegas, including positions with Under Armour and a local golf course. Her dedication and commitment to providing an exceptional experience were recognized when she was named Employee of the Month at Under Armour. These experiences taught her how to communicate effectively, adapt to different personalities, and connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds and generations, skills she brings with her into every client relationship.



Her lifelong involvement in sports, including basketball, volleyball, and softball, has also played a significant role in shaping who she is today. Through athletics, she learned the value of discipline, sacrifice, perseverance, teamwork, and accountability. She understands that success requires hard work, consistency, and the ability to push through challenges. Whether working independently or as part of a team, she brings that same determination and commitment to her real estate career.



Known for being compassionate, driven, and dependable, Braelyn approaches every client relationship with integrity and genuine care. She believes in going above and beyond, being present and attentive, and doing everything possible to ensure her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. Her independent nature and determination motivate her to continuously grow, take on new challenges, and work toward achieving the best possible results for those she serves.



Outside of real estate, Braelyn enjoys spending with family and friends, getting creative through painting, nail art, and graphic design, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Olu.
